The only reason I didn't see Dr. Ngo in the 15 minute time frame was he had a car problem. He was very apologetic and the wait time was only 20 minutes in the exam room. Dr. Ngo is extremely professional and truly listens. I would wait however long it takes to see him.

I complained about weakness and shortness of breath. I was taken to see Dr Ngo on the same day. He sent me to emergency room to have the malady looked at and I was in the hospital for 6 days

I found Dr. Ngo very attentive and answered all questions that I had. He referred me to the Wound Care Center and was seen the next day with referral.

I am still in care with this provider and we are following up the tests I have taken. I am sure I will receive a call to come into the clinic and have a discussion with my doctor regarding the tests.

I asked Dr. NGO about the gastric bypass, he expressed to me that that was an option so I asked about "ozempic' and so he started me on low dose and it worked great! Also lost weight so in short I'm extremely satisfied with Dr. NGO and providence Thanks [Name(s)]

Dr Nyo was very thorough, knowledgeable and had extensively reviewed my medical records. He communicated well and was very easy to talk with. He answered all my questions. I am switching over to Dr Nyo because my primary doctor of over 40 years has retired and I am very glad I have done so.

Didn't get to address all my concerns before my time was up and he was sending me to labs. Will be seeing Gastroenterology in a few weeks.

Dr. Ngo was flippant about my health concerns. He didn't seem to be interested in my questions and didn't tell me what to do if the problems persisted until I asked and even then he sounded insure. He only addressed one of the 3 concerns that I came for but said that they were unrelated. It took me 3 weeks to get the appointment and I felt it was a waste of my time.
