I love Dr. Ford. I went into a panic knowing the my insurance provider did not renew their contract with Providence. I cried when I heard that they ended up negotiating a contract. Dr. Ford really listens and remembers my strange issues while trying to diagnose my problems. She is calm, caring, and treats you as a person -- not as just a number or nameless face. The negative side is getting an appointment in a timely manner. It can take up to three months for an appointment -- I guess there are lots of people that appreciate the care she provides.

Dr. Ford is an amazing physician. On this visit she heard a slight murder in my heart and pulled up my echocardiogram from last October taken in the hospital to see if it had been noted there. It was noted. I am now scheduled for a cardiogram in October and a cardiologist in November. We trust her. .

The provider listens carefully and provides clear answers. Very congenial. I would be more comfortable if abnormal test results were tracked a bit more frequently. I prefer to have routine lab work accomplished prior to the visit in order to get feedback during the subsequent visit rather than through My Chart.
