My experience with my doctor has always been everything I need it to be. I am very grateful for my doctor. She is very easy to talk to and very personable,

She was attentive and respectful and listened to my concerns.

I had a bad week. I had technical problems. We were interrupted and I felt like I was being told again that I wasn't doing anything good. I wish that she would have heard me better. It was also frustrating for the doctor to ask me why I had the appointment when I was told that I needed the follow up. Now she is waiting for blood tests but I have had other medical issues and haven't been able to complete them yet.

I was there because of a lesion on my arm. After Dr Sidarta looked at it and put in a referral for a dermatologist, she wanted to listen to my heart. It's her practice to take that extra step and I'm so glad she did. She discovered I was experiencing A-Fib and immediately told me I had to go to the ER. Because of her care and concern I am now being treated for this condition.

Dr Sidarta is extremely knowledgeable and listens to my questions. She is a dedicated conscientious provider who cares about her patients. I am proud to have her as my primary physician!

Love Dr. S - and so do many others! It is hard to make an in office appointment. Zoom is different, but not always suitable for issues. The human/ physical ( just one less actual contact) side isn't there

Wait time has gotten better. Always thorough. Used to give me paper referrals for all additional testing, like mammogram or blood tests but I will call for appointments without paperwork.

They were all awesome to accommodate for my last-minute pre-op needs that had been missed by a different office.

This was my first visit to her and she really heard what I had to say. I also did not wait long at all or felt like the place was crowded which I loved as well.

I've only recently been able to get video tele-health appointments with this provider. It has been tough to get appointments in person and get appointments when I need them. It's tough when you want to see your primary physician and they are booked out too far in advance to help you with your immediate health concerns and issues. But she is great. She is kind and seems to have my health in her best interest. I love that she always tries to have the patient work things out with natural methods before just prescibing a bunch of meds.

This was my first visit to this doctor. Dr Sidarta was recommended to me by a friend who sees her. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and this point I felt that our needs were met.

Doctor and staff did excellent considering they had no access to computers due to [ID] outage!

Sometimes the waiting for an appointment can be long but she knows we can go to the ER or Urgent care.

Dr. Sidarta and her staff are always looking out for my best care. They return my calls and emails promptly and are always kind and courteous. They are always on top of things and get my answers needed, my appointments scheduled if I need to get in quickly. They get my treatments, medicines and care taken care of. I do not want to lose my doctor and staff so Providence please get an agreement with [ID] put through, so I don't lose my doctor of 25+ years.

I enjoyed the appointment with her and happy to have her as my new primary care Dr. Making the appointment to see her was not easy as the call center had no interest in why I needed to see her and I had to wait months for an appointment even though I was already a patient within the system.
