I've never had a bad appointment experience with Angela. They have always been excellent. Angela is compassionate energetic; a good analysis of medical symptoms. She works out answers with me, allowing my input or my choice in situations. She researched things that she doesn't have a rapid answer for I am grateful that I met her several years ago and always glad to see that she is going to be my caregiver. For me she's the top of the list and I am always grateful for her input and care.

The doctor should provide the patient the best suggestions of treatment based on the patient's age, health situation especially when the patient is sick disoriented and can't make decision for him/herself.

Angela called me at home on a Friday night to be sure that I would be all right over the weekend. I was very impressed and thankful.

The Care Provider was exceptional. My experience has never been bad with Care Providers, my concern is getting appointments. This one was very quick because I was happy to see a different provider. I have to say she was very efficient, very knowledgeable and helpful. Would see he any time.

My wife and I were very impressed with FNP Angela Kim. Angela is very knowable, very through and efficient. She also called to check on my pain level and to offer additional meds for the pain. Angela even called to make sure I was scheduling my appointment with a spinal specialist.

Angela Kim is the worst provider I have interacted with. She was 40 minutes late for my appointment. Her clerk came 35 minutes later to explain she was late and offered for me to go and reschedule rather than find a remedy for the situation- very disappointing! Angela came in she did not introduce herself, did not assess anything else just came in and gave me a referral to dermatology. I do not know why your office made me come in for this visit they could have suggested a virtual visit and save me time. Horrible horrible horrible!

As always, we are very pleased with the care we've had from everyone at St Jude be it from the ER or regular care providers. I've been under constant care over the last 2 years due to cancer treatment and could not have had a more caring group of people watching over me. Prior to that our regular providers have always been a pleasure to deal with and really are the reason we caught the cancer early. I'm probably alive because of that because I had no symptoms. Questions during a wellness check made the difference.

It good to know you are in safe hands and they always take care of what your pains or issues matter to them and they are always there to help and support.

Yet, I come back specifically for her. I truly appreciate her care.

I had a specific appointment time which I met. I didn't see Ms, Kim until almost 1 hour later. She also wore a mask and when talking softly and low volume she was very hard to understand. She did not express any regrets for being late and just walked out without any comments as she was out the door. This was a very unpleasant visit.

About 6 months ago I was seriously injured in an accident. I've had close to 50 doctor's appointments over that time period. This was one of the best and most productive appointments I've had. At no point was I rushed. My concerns were NEVER dismissed or diminished. All my questions were answered fully. I left feeling so good about how I was progressing and feeling so good about my future health. Angela Kim was EXCELLENT - I would give her more than 10s if I could.
