The Dr. Seems to have a hard time understanding wher I need my M.R.I.'s at.I received not 1 but 2 M.R.I. Referrals to the same place twice in a row witch is the wrong place. I would like to not see this Dr. Anymore

I love my doctor. She really listens to my issues.

I have had a hard time finding a primary care doctor I can depend on due to being a complex patient but Dr. Tong has been amazing. She takes time to listen and understand my concerns and history, is always willing to help with referrals when needed, and is just all around supportive in any way she can be. Most of my care is managed by various specialists, but I know I can depend on Dr. Tong to help me navigate my health overall. I am incredibly grateful that she is part of my care team.

I made an ER follow-up visit on [Date] for [Date] and had to r/s because I was told the provider was running 40 minutes behind. I r/s for [Date] with a different provider that I normally do not see and she was 40 minutes late. She did not address my concern of why I ended up in the ER, she zeroed in on my mental health, which was quite upsetting when all I wanted to discuss is my stomach and why it keeps aching to the point that I wind up at the ER.

The Doctor was very professional, caring & thorough, with me. I liked and appreciated that. She gave me information on inflammation, that could help me out. This was my very first time at, Dr. Tong's Office as a new patient.I was pleased

Preop and referral for [ID] has made this as difficult as possible. If the paperwork is not exactly what they want they trash it and the process has to be started all over. Dr. Tong and staff has been more than patient and accommodating to get all this done in the constricted time line. Dr. Tong is not my regular doctor and her compassion is amazing. I am so thankful for all the work she and her staff put in for me.
