Dr. Garcia Montoya has always listened and provided great care. She books up and it's sometimes hard to schedule an appointment if you need to be seen right away. I've noticed recently, the staff seems to be working harder at finding an appointment or finding a PA to take the appointment if it's needed urgently.

Doctor Natalie Montoya is the best doctor ever. Very caring and compassionate, and is truly concerned in taking care of your health issues.

For as long as I have chosen this office for my primary care I have been completely satisfied with the doctors and of the staff.

Dr Montoya did note make us feel rushed. She was patient and caring.

For the most part, I've been happy with my care at Dr. Garcia-Montoya's office. Even if I don't get to see her, I've been happy with the providers I was able to see instead.

Great visit with dr Garcia . Dr Garcia referred me to a specialist and I am not able to get an appt with reasonable timeframe. I sent an email to the office asking for help for a sooner appt and it has been a week and I am waiting to hear back from the office . Dr Montoya was great. It was nice meeting her in person and she took time to examine me the way I expected.

Glad there is a facility in Anaheim Hills.

It was okay, the room was hot & she kept saying that the a/c wasn't working in that specific room I was placed in. The temperature made it uncomfortable but got my women wellness checkup done.

When I went to Dr. Garcia-Montoya's office, there was a plaque that says Top Doctor 2024 by her office. It is no wonder she received the award, she is a great doctor and a great communicator. I've always had the best experience with my doctor!

Appreciate the time taken during regular check up.

Patients should be able to ask any health questions during all visits to general practitioners, especially during physicals. I have been billed after my last two physicals for asking questions. I don't even know what questions were asked and definitely do not remember any answers that were worth the cost. We shouldn't be charged for referrals. I believe there may be incentives in place for doctor referrals because no one can answer questions. Recently I had to visit urgent care and I couldn't even tell my physician because of potential extra charges. I would think our general practitioner would Want to know everything about our health. In my prior job, I had [ID] doctors. They allowed for questions. I haven't been impressed with Providence. When I moved to Providence I brought my medical history with me on usb, but Providence wasn't even interested in reviewing it or adding it to their system. I should have realized then the type of care I would receive at Providence.
