I was very glad to meet Doan to review my blood tests, current medications and discuss blood pressure. I hope to be able to continue to see her along with Dr. Pitzer.

Overall, my experience was fantastic. While I knew I'd be seeing a PA rather than my assigned physician, I had never before seen the PA I actually saw (this was the 3rd PA I'd seen in the last 2 years when attempting to see my actual doctor). The PA I saw was friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I'd welcome being seen by her again.

This facility has very limited appointments.. My doctor visit was very rushed. My ear was full of wax and the doctor didn't tell me. I had to ask about it and request for treatment.

Dr. Doan was thorough and seemed concerned about me and my hospital stay. She answered questions and asked several times if I had any more questions. I was very pleased with the care I received from her.

It's difficult to get an appointment with the doctor so I accepted an app with a PA. She is smart and was kind, but I did not feel like she was easy to talk with. Came across as book smart, but not good at talking to people. Definitely not easy to discuss issues pertaining to menopause with.

Regarding someone talking to me about my medication-there is no need as I've taken the medication for sometime. The person I saw was very nice, knowledgeable and encouraging.

Doan Pham is Dr Pitzer's PA. She is fabulous!! Caring!! And understands all my needs and concerns. This day I saw her, I had the opportunity to have Lauren as my nurse. She is also fabulous!! Easy to talk to!! Listens intently!!This was a great visit !! From front desk to xray to office visit.

Everyone in the doctor's office was polite and answered any questions I had. I feel that everyone that works there, that I've encountered, was polite and helpful including the physicians assistant, doctors and nurses or other specialists.

I was very pleased with the care provided for my son. I felt that the provider took our concern seriously and referred us for further examination along with doing some in office tests. I felt that the provider really took time to understand what was going on and did not make us feel rushed.

She was personable and professional. I did not feel rushed, afraid, or embarrassed to ask questions. Doan made me feel comfortable. She provided me with a referral and lab work. I recently visited PA Doan at the Anaheim Hill facility due to lower abdominal and pelvic pain, already being diagnosed with a UTI, and possibly having kidney stones. Doan was incredibly attentive and professional. She and her staff provided excellent care, and I'm grateful that my pain significantly lessened after just two days of medication. Her team even scheduled an ultrasound appointment for me, making everything easier. PA Doan called me an hour after my ultrasound to share the results and check on my well-being. I'm truly grateful for her and her wonderful team.

I always have good experience with every visit from scheduling to being seen by the providers. My only concern is that my blood test result was not reviewed from my 1st appt. I got neither a letter nor an alert about my test result being reviewed even on my chart. I don't mind coming in to see a provider but not sure if its the new change.
