The service I have received from Providence care, especially Dr. Taro Satake has been excellent, I'm so glad that he's my doctor and that he listens to me and cares for me.

Again, my visit with Dr. Taro Satake was awesome. The nurses and front office staff were equally professional.

The annual visit was initiated well in advance, with a phone outreach to schedule the appointment, explain the labs that would be ordered, and advise me on the preparation I should take. Reminders were received and were appropriate. The visit was positive, with a friendly greeting, limited waiting in a bright and clean environment, and an on-time appointment. The medical assistant and Dr. Satake were friendly and professional during all the interactions. Suggestions to continue my positive health outcomes and ways to improve were communicated in a comfortable dialogue.

Dr. Satake , the bone health advisor, nurse, blood test person, and receptionist were all super friendly, efficient, and thoughtful. English Is my second language, but I had no problems communicating with them. Dr. Satake is energetic person, he cares about my health.

Dr.Satake is an amazing provider. I followed him from a different clinic to continue under his care. In the last 20 years of my complex health issues, he has been the best primary doctor I have had and the only one I have 100% trusted fully with my medical care. He is always patient, attentive, and takes time to explain information relevant to my care. I have recommended his services multiple times to friends, family, and associates. While it can be difficult to get an appointment right away, I understand the delay is because he is one of the best and is worth waiting for an appointment with him. He is above and beyond the standard of care. His support staff (MA's/ RN's) and the admins have always extended respect and courtesy to the best of their abilities. I appreciate the whole of PPC, will continue to be a patient of Dr.Satake as long as possible, and recommend his services to anyone who needs a primary or DO provider.

I have only had good experiences with Dr Satake. He is very caring and knowledgeable.

My recommendation has brought Dr Satake at least one patient that I know of. I initially had been set up with Dr Satake after covid and after the AK Regional Senior Health Care Clinic closed. He had the earliest appt of my options. Boy, did I luck out! I like that he's an osteopath; I've only had a couple of osteopaths over the years, but have found them to be particularly adept at listening and responding (without judgment). I also like the location of those midtown Providence offices. You can actually find parking!
