Nathan C. Armerding, DO

Dr. Armerding is an osteopathic family physician originally from Oregon. He completed medical school at PNWU-COM in 2013 and then FM residency at Spokane Family Medicine Residency in 2016. After residency, he worked in rural south-central Washington for 6 years before coming to AKFMR in July 2022. He is board certified in family medicine and is interested specifically in osteopathic manual treatment, musculoskeletal and sports medicine, functional medicine, neuromuscular disorders, sports injuries, rehabilitation, mind/body connection, mental/emotional/spiritual wellness, and family/community health. Dr. Armerding has further training/experience in emergency medicine, endoscopy, medical staff administration, medical education/teaching, and mentoring. He is passionate about training and equipping residents as well as partnering with his patients to achieve meaningful and sustainable health outcomes.
