Dr. Pope is always focused on me when I see her. Her assistant is always friendly and efficient.

Dr Pope has always listened to my health issues and always asks at the end of my appointment, "Do you have any questions?" I have never run into a staff member that wasn't polite.

Dr. Pope is always so welcoming and accommodating! She explained the procedure or checkup that we'll be doing that day briefly and nicely!! And always ask at the end if I have more health concerns. I really appreciate her.

Dr Pope squeezed me into her busy schedule, listened thoughtfully, checked another resource and gave sound advice including follow-up as needed.

When I schedule an appointment, I typically take a "list" of symptoms, questions and/or concerns I would like to discuss. Dr Pope's nurse always asks why I came in. I briefly share those concerns. When Dr Pope comes in, she already has a heads-up regarding my concerns. Dr Pope listens to my concerns and offers a plan of care. I am confident with her conclusions. The last thing she always asks Is: Is there anything else you want to talk about with me?

I'm uncertain as to when exactly they moved their location, but there was a month when I could not make an appointment online, and I could not get through on the phone. I was the 19th caller in the queue. When I tried to make an appointment online, the only option was for a mammogram, and that was not what I wanted to be seen for. Due to excessive wait times on the phone, it was necessary for me to make appointments with urgent care. I had to do this two times because I could not get through. This experience was out of the ordinary, and I assumed it was due to the move. Dr. Pope is an incredible provider. She Is both highly intelligent and compassionate. I am fortunate to have her for my primary care.
