Janel R. Kam-Magruder, MD

Dr. Kam-Magruder is a Family Medicine physician. She completed medical school at Loma Linda University and Family Medicine residency at the Alaska Family Medicine Residency. She is a fellow of the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Dr. Kam-Magruder enjoys practicing in geriatrics and palliative medicine as well as seeing a range of patients from newborns to prenatal patients and adults in the settings of outpatient continuity clinic and assisted livings and nursing homes. She especially enjoys seeing and being a part of caring for multigenerational patients of families. Dr. Kam-Magruder enjoys developing and teaching scholarly endeavors such as journal club article review and critique publication. Her professional passions include geriatrics, palliative care, and evidence-based research.
