About Cynthia L. McGinty
Cynthia grew up in Tampa Bay, Florida, and worked at an Orthopedic Spine Clinic while completing her undergraduate training at St. Petersburg College. She received her master's degree as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at the University of Tampa. She is Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. After working in primary care in the Tampa Bay area, she moved to Alaska in February 2014. Cynthia has been with Providence Primary Care since January 2017. She is pleased to provide care to an underserved population here in Alaska. She enjoys camping, fishing, and exploring Alaska with her boyfriend and two dogs.
