Dr. Nguyen is an excellent doctor. She spent her time with patients to discuss the health questions the patients have and needs. The disadvantage is she has lots of patients. It's difficult to make an immediately needs of appointment.

This provider is very good, always listens to me and takes me seriously. I've seen her for years and will continue despite the move to Snohomish! She's friendly and wonderful! I think the only thing I would change is I had to ask for my vitamin D level to be tested. It took a lot of research of my symptoms on my part plus family history to know to ask for this test. If it's normally low for people in this area, it seems to me this test should be standard - especially when symptoms coincide with a possible deficiency. No provider has ever ordered this test - so I don't believe it's her fault. If it was part of a normal blood test, maybe my low level would have been noticed sooner.

She was really nice and was able to give good advice and information about the subjects I sought knowledge and advice on.

Dr. Nyguen is the best doctor. She is always trying to make my life easier regarding my medical care. She remembers everything about me and my health. It's uncanny to me how she can remember all that. There's only one other physician I've had of her caliber. She upbeat, thorough and so knowledgeable.I enjoy my visits with her and the office staff.

I began care here because Everett Clinic (now Optum) no longer accepted my insurance. All of my care the past 30 years (approx) was through that organization, incl my cancer, annual physicals, etc. Since recently switching to Prov., I've been very happy with my care. In all honesty, when making my first appt I just accepted the first appt/dr available, that dr being Dr.Nguyen. She quickly became familiar with my history and I've been very happy with/in her care. I was briefly a patient with the (then) Everett Clinic/Prov Cancer Care Alliance (and briefly a Prov employee at corporate in Renton-security!) so I was somewhat familiar with Providence and happy to make the switch.

I was really impressed with Dr Nora and will recommend her to people. She was attentive, professional, helpful and incredibly well informed and reasonable. This is the kind of person that I want as my physician and want to thank her and team.

Dr. Nguyen it's very nice and I can tell she's confident. I wish that she would greet me a little bit more warmly but I know that The visits go very quickly and she doesn't want to spend a lot of time on small talk.

I always get the best care from Snohomish and Dr. Nguyen team. From scheduling to the front desk, my MA and then my doctor. I love this team and everyone and what they represent.

As a new patient, I had to wait almost 3 months to see a primary care physician which is completely unacceptable. That being said, this should not reflect on Dr. Nguyen who is an absolutely fantastic doctor and I'm so Incredibly fortunate to have seen her.

Dr Norah is the best doctor out there. I travel 2 1/2 hours to see her, that's how great she is. I haven't been this healthy in years, thanks to her guidance. She is really amazing and like a genuinely great person.

She spent lots of time explaining things to me that I had concerns about.

Very good even when my mail order prescription didn't arrive on time.

Dr Nguyen was the only doctor at the clinic that did trimming of ingrown toenails. I had had an ingrown big toenail on my left foot about six or seven years ago, went to a podiatrist who did the procedure, and after the procedure it was quite painful for at least a week and a half. After the procedure that Dr Nguyen did I alternated between Aleve and Tylenol for the afternoon and evening after the procedure. The next morning, I had no pain or discomfort and continue to be pain free for days after the procedure. This was my first time seeing Dr Nguyen, she was pleasant to deal with, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely see her again.
