Tara Ahmadi, MD

I believe that “health” is a unique concept for every human being, and “healing” is a journey with ups and downs and tortuous paths, and I look forward to walking alongside my patients on this journey. I believe deeply in engaging with the community and building partnerships to improve the quality and access to healthcare. I am eager to learn and to grow in this path that I have chosen. I am passionate about cultural humility, reproductive rights, obstetrics, addressing health inequities, health in LGBTQIA+, immigrant and refugee populations, social justice, health of unhoused populations and health of incarcerated people. My research interests are narrative medicine, ethics, public health, and global health. My pronouns are she/ her/hers
