Dr Abel is an excellent provider.We got our appointment when we needed it, but know that he is booked 3 months out.

I thought Dr. Abel listened and took a lot of time with me to discuss my questions and concerns. In fact I felt a little guilty that he spent as much time with me. Most of the doctors I have seen in the past haven't taken as much time. I really appreciate Dr. Abel for taking the time and advice.

Dr Abel has been the single most important player in my health during the most crucial period in my life. If I live to be 80, Dr Abel will be the reason.

Dr Abel is a wonderful doctor. He is so caring. I feel very comfortable that he is concerned and knowledgeable about my health needs.

These questions all ask about phone calls to the office. Patients are discouraged from using the phone, Providence wants everyone to use my chart, I'm feeling that the doctor doesn't see my chart messages. Almost all messages are responded to by others on the staff. In general, there is a long wait time for an appointment with Dr. Abel. When I have a problem/question that needs to be taken care of right away, I go to the walk-in clinic in Olympia. It's a long way to drive but I don't have to wait a month to see someone. Dr Abel has been my primary doctor for a number of years now and he has always given the best advice and care.

Dr. Abel is amazing, but he is overworked. More doctors need to be available so one doesn't have to wait a month or more to be seen.

Dr Abel is very caring and takes the time with you. Spends time teaching too.

My provider and staff is the best. I love MYchart and the prompt access that I have to notes, labwork.and contact with all my doctors. I choose doctors in the providence so they are all on the Mychart system.. Lately I have noticed that some of my chats are being processed by staff that do not work in my doctors office. It seems to slow the process down and not the excellant service I have received in the past.
