About Valerie Armstrong
Growing up just north of the border in Mission, BC, Canada, Dr. Armstrong studied Humanities & Neuroscience at Carleton University before moving across the Atlantic to attend the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Thrilled to be returning to the west coast, Dr. Armstrong is passionate about health care delivery to underserved patient populations with a focus on mental health and community advocacy. In addition to full-scope family medicine practice, she hopes to incorporate Urgent Care & Women’s Health into her future practice. As the daughter of a chef, Valerie can be found pursuing her love of the culinary arts on the weekends, hiking or skiing, or planning her next international trip!
