I appreciate it that he follow up with me on the referral for mental health. He was very caring and apologetic when I explained why I did not continue to meet with the mental health intern and validated my experiences about how termination of that therapy was addressed by the intern. He encouraged me to seek help and engage in therapy. He explained me the benefits of adding a new medication, what are the risk of not adding it and possible side effects to treat one of my existing conditions. He was understanding when I asked to postpone adding an extra medication for my other medical condition. Very, kind, empathetic when discussing mental health issues and made me feel comfortable to express my opinions and feelings, my experience with mental health intern.

I like my provider, he is quick, efficient and to the point. No beating around the bush. He explains things to me to where I can understand what he's saying.

Dr Schwartz is always friendly and polite. The check-in staff is good too
