You need to understand that Dr. Suh has been my endocrinologist since 2005 when I had thyroid cancer and my thyroid removed. I have never had an issue with her. She always follows through, is precise, helpful, informative. Whether I go to her office, or we do a video visit, it has always been done with efficiency I and caring.

My doctor had an emergency which held up my appointment for some time however, it was worth the wait to learn her expert opinion on my condition, and to get a medication plan in place to figure out what the heck is wrong and see if the med subscribed will help, or not.

Dr. Was thourough in going over what will be happpening to determine the next steps in my care.

Dr Suh is a very easy person to talk to about my concerns and is always interested in how life is going in general. At this appt I spoke to her about my concerns of family history of diabetes and complications of diabetes including my brothers leg amputation, blindness and other complications that led to his death. My A1C has been increasing on a continued basis. In addition I have an extreme family history of CAD and had a heart attack myself at the age of 49 plus2 stents placed In the last year. I have been trying to loose weight for at least the past 4 years with no success. In fact, I have only gained weight. .i also have family history of stroke. I have been talking to my cardiologist and now Dr Suh about trying one of the medications to reduce my A1C but both have said it is not available to me. I am not blaming either dr for this but rather the insurance company. It seems to me with such a family history as mine I would rather prevent diabetes, stroke and another heart attack than wait for them to happen and then treat them.

She is always pleasant, cheerful, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Shu is an excellent doctor and cares about her patient as if they were family and encourages health also she educated me about my health and discusses options and shares her opinion.
