Due to circumstances out of my control, I showed to my appointment 10 minutes late. The doctor was still willing to see me even though technically she wouldn't have to. I really appreciate them being flexible and still getting me in. I am pretty happy with Providence overall and I appreciate how they work to help the patients.

Everyone on the day of my appointment was extremely friendly and helpful -- that includes the check-in, the medical assistant, and the doctor. I also had a blood test, and the phlebotomist was the best and definitely the nicest and most friendly I've ever encountered. The whole experience was fantastic. Thank you.

This was my initial visit w/this Dr. & her nurse & thought that she & her nurse were experienced & insightful. They both asked a lot of questions that I answered so they could get to know me & my condition better. The Dr. Checked me over from head to toe, listened to my breathing & heart, felt pulses In both of my feet & neck. Both listened If I asked a question they answered it (giving insight) or If they posed a question & I answered It. I finally feel like I'm talking to someone who knows a diabetic & the struggles we go through & can help.

This physician took time to hear my concerns, answer questions related to treatment options and repeated information. I did not understand. She's a great addition to Saint Joe Clinic physicians.
