Dr. Liwanpo has kept very good track of my Thyroid issue and provided excellent care since my complete Thyroidectomy in February 2018. The surgery was because of the presence of Thyroid cancer. Dr. Liwanpo is an excellent Endocrinologist in my opinion!

Dr Liwanpo in my opinion is a very good Endocrinologist. Her expertise and professionalism is very commendable.

Was irritated because I waited almost 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Speaking with the doctor she always makes it very plain that she cares about her patients and wants to spend the necessary time with each one of us. Made me feel a lot better because she took her time with me just like everyone else.

The doctor hardly looked away from her screen while we discussed my concerns. She had very little to say overall but I do appreciate that I was allowed to speak without interruption.

I had concerns about a preliminary test report I read on My Chart. Dr. Liwanpo assured me that the final report and her on the spot review of the test pictures showed no change in my condition which was reassuring.

I appreciate Dr. Liwanpo's prompt rescheduling of my thyroid biopsy especially now that Im an endometrial cancer (Stage [ID]) patient on surveillance. Her knowledge and thoroughness makes me feel assured that I'm under the best care possible (alongside my gyne-onc team) regardless of my early stage endometrial cancer diagnosis.

The physician took time to explain in detail the changes in my health they I am experiencing.

Dr Liwanpo and her entire staff excel at patient care and concern. Recently, I have had a number of changes in mccmedications and two requests for financial aid. Both of these topics require extra effort by the doctor and the staff. All requests were submitted and approved with a helpful attitude and positive outcome!

My provider saw that my A1C numbers were good, but never asked about my physical workouts or my food. Also, I filled out the pre-registration which asked about which meds I was on, and then was asked to do it again in the office

Dr Liwanpo is extremely skilled at her profession, and thorough in her review. Not a touchy-feely person, but extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.

I had to wait over 25 minutes from my scheduled virtual visit scheduled time that I had to end the appointment. Dr. Liwampo did call me back and completed the visit later.

It's very hard to reach the office, my call kept routed to call center and long wait time as well! I can no longer speak to anyone in this office when trying to call. However, I got response within 24 to 48 hours from Dr. Luwanpo when I message her in my chart account.

I have been with Dr. Liwanpos office for quite a while. She is always very professional and kind and a good listener. The rest of her staff are also professional and respectful.

Nothing but satisfactory care and follow up

I saw Dr. Liwanpo & liked her very much but when I tried to get in to see her for this problem, I couldn't get an appointment with her so they recommended that I see Dr. Diaz. I did, but I really preferred Dr. Liwanpo. While I was at the desk in your office, I asked the appointment gal if I could possibly see Dr. Liwanpo & she said "sure" so I'm a happy camper now!

I have had diabetes for over 20 years. Under Dr. Liwanpo's care for the first time in years I am under control. She's very knowledgeable, has a wonderful mannerism and listens to my concerns, but also delivers her orders with kindness and compassion. She is very responsive through My Chart app. If I ask a question she always responds. So thankful for her and the care I receive.

It seems like this provider needs to be more assertive and advocate for my medical case, rather than being swayed by a single doctor's note. It's important for her to focus on the discussed case trajectory and patient concerns, rather than being influenced by another provider's agenda that is not directly related to healthcare. Both Doctor Liwanpo and the outside service doctor in an unrelated healthcare field should focus on their respective areas of expertise and refrain from making assumptions about my preferences that are unrelated to my healthcare.

Love Dr. Luwanpo she is the only Dr. I still see within St. Josph Healthcare system. I have switched all my other care to Hoag Medical.
