Well I really don't know where to start. Dau is my wife's doctor so I was referred to the Doctor. When I talk to her it's like she is reading my mind and I like that because it saves time. She is very numbers oriented and really knows my condition. I had no bad experiences only good. In fact every experience with your staff has been excellent

Dr Dao is great. She's on time, listens to my concerns and provides good feedback.

The physician saw me on time, and spent about 15 to 20 minutes with me. She adjusted the dosage on my medication down, as a result of my latest blood test results.

I was seen within a few minutes of arriving. The staff at the front desk were engaging and also helpful on my way out. Lisa Dao's medical assistant Lisa Deering was really nice and helpful and also updated my medication in my chart. Dr. Dao went over my test results adjusted my medication and explained everything to me. She also sent my records to my Eye surgeon. Dr. Salib. I feel this is about the best visit I've had in a long time, Very positive and pleasant. Thank-you for such a Great Visit.

Dr. Dao explains complicated matters clearly (and educates) and asks if I understand before going to the next issue. We had several issues to get though plus new information and I was very satisfied with how she was able to move through it all in a calm and clear manner in the allotted time.

Was happy with final outcome but needed to ask the doctor to listen more carefully to my medical needs. As a diabetic the patient often understands their condition better than the doctor.

Dr Lisa Dao has been wonderful through this whole process, from the diagnosis of thyroid cancer to now. She's been with me every step of the way. Dr Shaver was an amazing surgeon and did a wonderful job on my surgery with a great outcome. Dr Truong went over every possible thing with me when I went to Nuclear Medicine for my RAI treatment. My care team has been nothing short of amazing!! I appreciate each one of them so much!
