1. Dr. Ling is an exceptional endocrinologist and has been managing my health over the last few years.

The doctor was very courteous and answered all my questions.

Dr. Ling is a joy to see. He knows my test, conditions, recommendations, and all with a smile. That is unusual in this day of medical services.

I use MyChart to send questions and to ask for medication refills to Dr. Ling. I appreciate that I receive and answer from Dr. Ling within 24 hours. MyChart has been a good tool for doctor/patient communication, instead of the phone, for non-emergency issues.

Dr. Ling has always been patient and listened to my concerns, and has offered options for treatment issues. Whenever I had an issue between appointments, I corresponded via My Chart, and he replied within 24 hrs. Very knowledgeable and patient.

Dr. Ling said we would see me in 6 months, but I was scheduled eight months out, due to his schedule being full.

Dr Ling is very personable, easy to talk with and zeroes in on the issues. I don't need to see him until next year. Labs and procedure were generally good. I have confidence in Dr Ling's medical understanding of my needs.

Very friendly, listened and had a concrete plan moving forward.

When I speak with my doctor, I feel he is really listening and understands what I feel and what I am concerned about.

Didn't seem he was prepared for my appointment. I was requested to get blood work a week prior. He didn't seem to review the results that have worsened. I had to point it out and show him. Seems like he wasn't trying to come up with any solutions and asking me what I thought. I'm not a Doctor. Not sure if he knows what he is doing. I'm stuck, because it takes months to get an appointment with an Endocrinologist. His demeanor is pleasant, but I need a Doctor that can come up with solutions.
