I really like this office Charlaine is great!

Nothing bad in my eyes. All is good. I am grateful for the care I get

Too rushed. Too busy. I had to ask repeatedly if she could come back to answer my questions.

She is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous n dedicated to me as a patient. I do not feel like just a number. She remembers me each time n every detail I have told her about myself. She understands me as a mother n woman. She listens carefully to what I have to say n my concerns. As long as she is there I will never change her as my health care provider. She knows me n I know her professionally. She is the best. I'm very satisfied with my care.

Charlaine was wonderful to see during my appointment! Unfortunately my insurance declined the medication she ordered for me to start, but she was extremely patient, kind, genuinely caring, and spent a lot of time to fully discuss my health and my needs as a patient. I have already recommended her to others and would love to continue seeing her for my check-up appointments.

I have nothing but praise for my 2 providers I see. They work well together and I'm blessed to have them on my team to support me.

Overall a very good experience. The provider was very informative, professional and friendly. I'm glad you asked about the reception staff. So often the receptionists are so grouchy. The reception staff was great! They made me feel less nervous and so comfortable.

When I first started seeing Charlene I was at a complete loss about what was causing me to feel horrible. Even though Charlene explained and described and took so much time with me. I was still clueless. At first I didn't take my meds I thought they won't help. And Charlene explained again and honestly I felt I just needed to trust her. A year later now and I am so grateful to her for her knowledge and patience. I still struggle when I feel poorly but replay her advice when I don't feel well take extra dose of medication. Charlene has truly saved my life and I am eternally grateful for her. She is warm and compassionate and I feel I am visiting a friend when I see her. Thank you

Easy to talk to and a feeling of ease. Went over the lab results but not too much in detail on areas that need improving. Checked my breathing but no feet exam nor the throat.

I cannot give enough praise for my provider with the care, patience, and understanding that they gave me.

I saw her for a,Wegovy consultation. I emailed her with questions 2x after my visit and she responded with 2 phone calls which I appreciated.

The visit was pleasant, on time and easy.

Provider was very caring and helpful.

From the moment I walked in to the office I was received in a timely manner and greeted respectfully. Then I continued with being weighed and blood pressure being measured. As I proceeded to a patient's room waiting for nurse practitioner. The test of my experience with my visit went smoothly and made a follow up appointment with other visit with my doctor.

It was all good with Drs., NP, nurses, and staff, only issue is no one can answer correctly of what blood withdrawal do I use. Everyone is different. And if I were to use Labcorp, they r hard to get to. Quest is easy, my blood withdraw order is in the system easy. My Quest is 10 minutes from house. Labcorps are always 3 or more cities away.

I love my appts with C.W. I look forward to her advice. My diabetes is always difficult to control with all my efforts. We are doing everything to help my efforts to save my organs. I appreciate her knowledge. Give her a raise, really!
