Excellent visit, physician seemed very thorough. Wanted to get more information before making any decisions.

Dr. Brancato and his staff could not have been more responsive to my MyChart messages. Courteous and very prompt. The front desk likewise. Getting an appointment, was difficult. Initially, told that after the referral someone would call back, after a few days and no call back, I called and got an appointment.The same problem occurred after my visit. Dr. Brancato ordered an Echocardiogram and someone was supposed to call from the lab . After no call and having waited 4=5 days, I called and got an appointment.Your call back service really doesn't work. Much better to have the patient after the referral is submitted , to simply call themselves. Likewise for tests. As a note, OHSU has a similar call back process for lab tests. I have had call backs for scheduling within a day or next day at the latest. Whatever the issue is, just let the patient handle it. Much less frustrating.
