Autumn Duckworth

Autumn trained with Doulas of North America (DONA) International in 2010 and became a Certified Doula in 2011. As a Certified Birth Doula, Autumn’s life is greatly blessed because of her opportunities to educate, empower, encourage and equip families during pregnancy, birth and early parenting. Her support is provided in such a way as to help her families obtain a sacred space, to feel free from judgment, and to have a more than satisfying birth experience as they bring their beautiful miracle into the world! Autumn has experience working with both first-time parents and parents with more than one child, unmedicated and medicated birth, inductions, TOLAC/VBAC, high risk, ARS, planned cesarean, twins, premature birth, teen birth, water birth, & bereavement. Autumn graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in food and nutritional sciences, obtained her license as a Registered Dietitian in 2007, and shortly afterwards became a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC). Autumn loves Jesus and in her free time, enriches her life by spending time with her husband and three kids playing games/cards, hosting friends for dinner, camping, cooking together, kickboxing, dancing, watching movies, reading, leading a Bible study, volunteering with her church, volunteering with her daughters’ Girl Scouts program, traveling, and driving her kids to sports’ practices/games.
