About Beth Schwenk
Beth Schwenk, MS, RD, CDE, is passionate about her work at Providence as a dietitian and diabetes educator. For more than 30 years, she has helped people manage their diabetes and their waistlines by helping them make healthy eating choices. "My goal is to work with each individual to shape their eating habits to their lifestyle, " says Beth. "It's important to understand that people are busy. Planning nutritious meals can be difficult, especially if you don't know how to cook or don't enjoy preparing meals. "
