About Amanda Hinojosa
Amanda Hinojosa is a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist who graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and moved to Oregon to complete her internship at Oregon Health and Science University’s. She quickly fell in love with the PNW and started her career in as a dietitian at Legacy in 2018. Over the years Amanda has worked in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. She enjoys working one-on-one with patients to empower them to make sustainable changes related to their eating and activity habits. When Amanda is not working, her and her husband love to travel, hike, camp, do yoga and hang out with her two dogs.
