Dr. Chen was very thorough In her skin examination, taking pictures of any questionable spots, and freezing a small area that wouldn't heal. She was Interested in my concerns and attentive. It was a good experience.

My experience was 10/10 PERFECT! I will return, and I will recommend to others!

I trust Dr. Chen and she helped me in this most recent appointment deal with symptoms originating with the most recent open heart surgery. She knew what I could use to address these symptoms and gave me the length of time until they would remedy the issues. She also rechecks the skin to identify any new cancers. Very thorough, which is reassuring.

This was my first appointment with my new dermatologist. It took 9 months+ to get an appointment with her. It took am happy with this doctor. She will call with the results of my biopsy. Otherwise it is convenient to chat via MyChart.

Dr. Chen was very professional. She listened to my concerns and offered some solutions for them. And recommended a blood test to find out if my iron and vitamin d levels were where they should be.

What I loved about my appointment was that I was treated very much like a person. Even if the suite isn't snazzy like other dermatology offices, the customer service, attention to detail and especially Dr Chen's expertise and ability to explain the issue and how she plans to manage it, was outstanding.

I waited almost 6 months for a "new patient" visit with this provider. That seems several months too long. That is reason I would not likely recommend this office. The physician was excellent!

She (dermatologist) performed a full body scan on me to look for skin cancer. She took 2 biopsies and prescribed skin treatment for my face. The directions were a bit complicated, so I needed to contact her office afterward for clarity. On the whole she was great.

The person who brought me to the back was very friendly. The provider appeared to be rushed during my appointment. I felt it was a rushed appointment.

Thrilled to see Dr. Chen (early, due to a cancellation). I know dermatology is an impacted part of ongoing care so was very happy to be able to establish with such a great physician.

I like the doctor. I do not think that she understood some of my skin complaints and thought it was nothing to worry about. Fortunately she took a biopsy of one of the sores as I had hoped for, for which I had a complaint which I am thankful for. The results came back from the lab as POSITIVE for being a pre-cancerous sore as had been my concern and she contacted me when the results came back about doing cryotherapy to treat It.

Dr. Chun is so empathic. In her quiet way. Once when she called me at home with results she answered every question I had. And then some :)Really I feel I get excellent care from Dr. Chun and her staff. All my questions worthy of attention.

The only reason for a 9 out of 10 in this survey was the somewhat rushed nature of the conversational interactions with this particular provider. Other than that, no complaints. Want to note that she had a sharp eye to detect an issue which I was not up to that time aware of. Much appreciated.

The provider didn't engage with me. She performed her medical duty and that was it. It was a very sterile encounter.

I had a previous appointment to see this dermatologist however I was able to call and get in much sooner via cancellation. What an amazing doctor, so caring. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were so kind. This is a doctor. I'm going to continue to see even though this was my first visit for any of my dermatology needs.

This was an appointment to establish care with this Dr. I have a history of skin cancer and need to be checked on a regular bases. As I have indicated in the survey the Dr. And staff were all very responsive and great. My only concern was that it took me three months to get in for this appointment. That was a long time to wait to get into see a great doctor. That said I am happy to say that I am committed, she is now my dermatologist.

Very organized. Fast service. She was thorough, clear in her explanations of what she was doing and seeing. The biopsy was quickly done and explained. The results came back clearly explained and quickly.

I think I only saw Chen in last three months Our in person visit was great but the telephone visit was superb. I didn't expect the call, thus no waiting, but she called to give me the test results. She explained everything, gave me my options, was thorough and I felt a kindness. Great patient care.

I feel like the provider listen to my questions and concerns. Was willing to hear me out about my condition. Did not get arrogance that I have experienced in the past with other doctors. My time with the doctor was very pleasant and informative. Lastly, I made a suggestion and the doctor was willing to try what I suggested. I really do like that. I feel like I was not inferior but a patient that had questions and concerns about their care.

Dr. Chen was efficient and thorough. She was friendly and made sure I had access to all the information I needed. My appointment went quickly, but my concerns were adequately addressed. The staff at the desk were also very friendly. My only complaint would be that I was originally told no appointments were available until October; however, due the to urgency of my concern and other circumstances, I did manage to get seen sooner. I do not fault Dr. Chen for the scheduling, though.

Was not an online option to book. But when I called I was told that the next appt would not be avail for months but she then said several appts each week are canceled and/or rescheduled and availability opens up frequently on a waitlist. While booking months out, an appt became open two days later. Worked out great! Dr was super focused on my situation and gave solid explanations to every answer. Best derm appt I have had!
