Dr. Lui and her assistant are always asking pertinent questions to help give me the correct treatment. She is so friendly. They also follow up with me to make sure I'm getting the support I need.

Dr. Melinda Liu is an amazingly thorough and knowledgeable dermatologist. Her personality is so energetic and caring that I look forward to my every 4 months visits for skin basil cell carcinoma. My wife, who attends each visit, is totally impressed by Dr. Liu's ability to locate even minute developing skin issues. We also enjoy the capable interactions with the attending nurses.

Scheduling through MyChart hasn't worked, which required me to find a time during office hours when I could schedule with a phone call. The care team is good and I'm happy with Dr. Melinda Liu for dermatology checkups and addressing issues. I would be overjoyed with her if she had more tools like pulsed lasers at her disposal eliminating the need to make appointments with other doctors for those services, but I'm very happy with her thoroughness and exam-room manner.

I find it's hard to get into specialists, so that's common, and the ease of which you get to someone to help is usually including a wait time, so it's not that uncommon. I love the standard of care at this clinic.

Dr Liu is always prepared and gives the best advice and suggestions regarding my situation. I have to drive a bit, but it's worth it because she has not led me astray.

I felt she rushed through the appt, talked so fast and when I asked a question, she said, "that is what I am trying to explain to you". I was in and out in about 10 minutes.I don't feel she took good time to slow down and explain things. I felt discouraged to ask any more questions.

I received a phone call back within 15 minutes of my original message. Dr. Liu was able to see me that morning (only about 90 minutes later). Professional care for routine checkup.

This was an annual checkup. I feel Dr. Liu is familiar with me. She heard my concerns and found two areas that needed attention.

Dr Liu is a good dermatologist, however it appears that she and her staff are rushed and under stress. I know she wants to listen and cares but I also sense that she has a quota to meet and it takes away from her and staff being truly with me as a person.

Hands down, Dr. Liu is the best Dermotologist I've had over the many years of being treated for my skin issues. I'm seen on time, never feel rushed, she's an excellent listener and shows compassion during my appointments. I usually have several questions and she clearly outlines what my options are and risks and benefits associated with each. She spends more time checking all of my skin than I've had with other Derms.I know from experience just how in-demand Derms are with the tight scheduling required given what seems to be a shortage of Derms in the Seattle area. Nevertheless, whether I put in a question or request through MyChart or to her professional care team, I get a quick response. I also appreciate her expertise and knowledge of alternate treatments I've asked about like red light therapy and hair loss treatment.

Dr Liu is awesome and I am very glad to have her as my skin-care doctor. She is very thorough in her examinations and takes her time to explain things. Dr. Liu is terrific. I have complete confidence in her clinical skills and judgment. She is personable, informal, yet efficient. My primary care internist at PacMed retired, and being unfamiliar with other providers at the Cherry Hill Family Medicine Clinic chose to leave PMC and now go to a UW General Internal Medicine Clinic for primary care and most specialty care. However, because I am so fond of Dr Liu, will remain under her care for regular skin monitoring as I have had a skin cancer in the past.
