She is friendly and very easy to relate with.

I love Dr Minzer! However, like most providers at Providence, it is difficult to get an appointment unless you set one up months in advance. Since this is a regular checkup, I set my next appointment up at the time of my visit.

Overall a good visit. I felt a little rushed and therefore forgot a couple of questions I was going to ask. If the provider can provide a little more of a calm demeanor, that would be helpful.

I came in for my annual skin cancer checkup and asked the doctor to look at a spot on my forehead. She took skin for a biopsy, and it turned out to be basal cell skin cancer. So glad I came in for the checkup.

Dr. Minzer Conzetti is wonderful. I followed her from her last practice to this one 10 years ago. She is compassionate and caring. She also runs non-stop, and she is expected to do this, which leaves very little time for appointments with patients. This isn't her telling me this. I see it every time I come in. She does her very best. The pressure on all of your doctors is obvious when I had to make an appointment a year out for my next annual exam so I could get an appointment in the timeframe I wanted. If she had 5 more minutes per patient, I think she would get additional information or questions which the pace of your work does not permit right now. It is something to consider. If even a compassionate doctor is pushed to rush from patient to patient, what happens to the ones who have a less compassionate doctor who does not know them and they don't or cannot speak up?

Dr Minzer is the best, even when she has to deliver bad news

This was my first visit to my new dermatologist, and she was thorough, considerate, patient, and careful. I am happy with the care she provides.

I am so comfortable when I see this provider, Dr. Karen Minzer-Conzetti. Disrobing is essential to her exam and both she and her assistant are always so concerned about my privacy and how I am doing all through any procedures I may need.

I appreciate that Dr. Minzer-Conzetti said to me when we were finished, "You have good skin". A simple sentence, yet, we rarely hear doctors say anything good about their patients, especially those of us in our 70s and 80s. It made my day! We're usually given warnings about what will happen if we don't take a prescription that they think we should take. Negativity, and then they wonder why our blood pressure is so high when we come to the office. I am generally in good health so it's nice to have that acknowledged.

The provider I saw recently was Karen Minzer, my dermatologist. She is thorough, respectful, reliable, conscientious. I have never had a bad experience in this clinic, everyone is pleasant, supportive, and put me at ease and address my concerns.
