About Jill K. Wellnitz
"Making a difference in the lives of others every day is why I became a physician assistant," says Jill Wellnitz. "I like to focus on the needs of the patient as a whole, in addition to the skin we're treating."
An anthropology and sociology graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga, California, Jill earned her master of physician assistant studies degree at Oregon Health & Science University. She became a certified physician assistant in 2005.
A native Oregonian, Jill was born and raised in Northeast Portland. Whenever possible, she likes to visit the Oregon Coast and the mountains with her husband and children. Jill also enjoys photography, cooking and sewing.
