I liked the provider. He listened and was kind and explained everything he was going to do.

I had a difficult time in the past that I could not get the medication from my pharmacy because my primary doctor and Dr. Zhu both placed the same prescription to my pharmacy. My insurance company refused to the over order and I could not get any refills.. I contacted both doctors but the problem was never solved. Dr. Zhu is a very good doctor. He is a good listener. He reviewed my records from my previous dermatologist. He understands my problems and provides good solutions to help me. On this visit, he took care my insurance company problem. I would recommend him to others.

I was extremely impressed with the level of care by the entire team from the office staff to the nurses and doctor. They listened and I felt like they actually heard what I was saying. The Dr examined my face, and explained the condition in detail as well as discussing a variety of treatment options. I've seen a non-Providence derm for my last few visits and haven't felt like they listened or cared about my concerns. My time with the provider has been 5-7 minutes and it felt rushed. I was extremely happy with the care I received at sunset dermatology. I can't thank the team enough for taking time with me as a patient.

I can, without reservation, recommend Dr. Zhu and all who work with him. He is kind, considerate, compassionate, patient, proactive and very thorough. The same is true of all the personnel at this practice. The greatest compliment I can offer him and his co-workers is that I consider myself VERY fortunate to be under their care.

Dr. Provided me an efficient visit. He was very caring about my concerns and help me understand what was going on with my skin. He explained everything and what next steps I need to take. He definitely make me feel comfortable enough to ask questions. Didn't feel rushed.

As a new patient my appointment was 5 month out from when I called in, which was too long.Dr Zhu was very helpful and effective, he performed the procedure of removing the raised lesion (I came in for) in the same visit, which I appreciate a lot!!

This was not my pcp, but I see him annually for a skin check. He is kind and professional.

Generally fine. Though first patient appointments are generally 4-6 months out. I had an urgent referral from GP to Dermo, and they got me in the same week. All in all, it was good. Dr. Zu, though young, is very respectful and professional. As a retired nurse, I felt completely at ease.

The instruction for at home care is easy to follow. The visit with him gave me a peace of mind that I have a hope in recovery. It was a good experience.

Dr, Zhu provides careful exams, is friendly, thoughtful and thorough. Although he listens to me pointing out various skin problems, I have confidence that he will discern which of them are are actually serious and recommend surgery or other treatment when needed. While I thought I might have pre-cancerous areas on my legs, he discovered an actual cancer on my nose that I was completely oblivious to, and we quickly had it successfully excised by a surgeon.
