I really enjoyed Dr. Erin Allen. She was extremely helpful and explained everything very well. The only issue I had was not related to her, but when the tech was numbing my ear in preparation for a skin graft, she didn't numb it completely so when my ear was being cut for the cartilage removal I experienced extreme discomfort and an overwhelming amount of pain. Dr. Allen numbed it immediately but the tech didn't numb the ear completely which caused the pain. I really enjoyed the male techs that assisted Dr. Allen, as well as Jill ( the woman who did my stitches).

I am very happy with the end result of my surgery. I am also pleased with the care and follow up of Dr. Allen and her staff.

I saw dr allen for mohs surgery. There were other support staff that were excellent but your survey doesnt appear to allow me to respond to those folks. The med assistant was fantastic. He was with me througout the whole process. The physician assistant was good too. She went over post op care with me. Dr allen did her job and I would go back to her again for her support ad well as everyone else at that clinic.

If there was a rate number higher than 10 the doctor and her staff deserve it. I couldn't have asked for a more thorough and professional visit and would recommend them to anyone needing the doctors particular expertise. Thanks to all .

Dr. Allen is the best. Mt second time having MOHS surgery. She is friendly, competent, efficient, and just darn excellent in how she does her MOHS. Her staff are all just as good as Dr. Allen...obviously she has trained them very well. Any post-surgery questions are almost always answered same day. While I hope I never have to see Dr. Allen for MOHS surgery, if it is necessary, I know I'm in the very best hands.

Having scheduled several appointments the earliest of which was a month or two out ... I was impressed that this referral resulted in a surgical appointment within 3 days by Dr. Allen's office. Her team of physician assistants was extraordinary and provided wonderful health care throughout the surgical process. The visit summary and after surgery instructions were provided in verbal as well as written format.

Dr that did MOHS procedure snd her staff were excellent

Everyone in the Mohs surgery office was kind and caring from my Initial call to establish care, front desk check in, medical assistants and Dr. Allen. I've had a lot of biopsies and procedures that were usually very painful so I was apprehensive about this procedure because it was on my chest. They took great care making It as painless as possible. After a few days I removed the bulky part of my bandage, I was shocked by the large size of the excision because the procedure was nearly painless. I will need a lot more care moving forward but I'm comforted by the knowledge I will receive exceptional care.

Dr. Allen is a treasure for those of us with chronic skin cancers. She is always on time, informative and an excellent surgeon. Her staff is also very skilled and helpful!

Dr.Erin Allen was very clear with instructions on my surgery. She and her staff demonstrated great reassurance during my procedure and answering all my questions in detail. I felt I received outstanding care from this provider.

I was referred to have skin cancer removed from my face. The staff were many, all were nice, and the office pace was fast. Dr. Allen only came in for the procedure. She was in surgical garb including mask. She was nice & talked to me during procedure but have no idea what she actually looks like.

I have had basal surgery with Dr. Allen before and she and her staff are always wonderful.

My procedure went very smoothly and quickly. Overall this was an excellent experience. My only disappointment was that my partner was in the waiting room during my aftercare instructions. It would have been helpful for him to receive the same info as I did without me having to remember and relay it all.
