Paul J. Aanderud, DO

Dr. Paul Aanderud is an Osteopathic Doctor (DO) who is passionate about Dermatology and Surgery. He practices adult, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. Originally from Hillsboro Oregon, before moving to Utah where he obtained a bachelors degree from Brigham Young University. He subsequently earned his degree in medicine at the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and then completed his clinical rotations at the Henry Ford Hospital system in Michigan where he graduated with honors. During his three year dermatology residency at the Michigan State University Consortium/Oakwood Southshore Medical Center, he was actively involved in academic pursuits such as research and publications and national lecturing for which he received multiple awards for academic excellence. Dr. Aanderud lectures at local and national meetings, is active in community health education, and has publications in multiple peer-reviewed journals. In addition, he continues to share his extensive training in Medical Dermatology, and cosmetic therapies with his patients as well as rotating dermatology residents. He is an active member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, and the Oregon Dermatology Society. Dr. Aanderud is on staff at Providence Milwaukie and Providence Willamette Falls Hospital, as well as Portland Adventist Medical Center. He has also joined the Western University of Health Sciences dermatology residency program as a teaching faculty.
