This is a very professionally run practice with very considerate and courteous staff and professionals.

This is the second time I've received. The only reason I filled it out again is to make sure it's known what a quality caregiver Katrina DelBiaggio is. As far as referrals and ease of getting appointments, I'm unfortunately carrying the cancer card and even though I feel somewhat guilty jumping over people wanting appointments I am grateful for all the medical people, techs, and office staff doing there best to keep me alive. Great visit. Two pre cancerous lesions on the nose and ear were removed and a growth on my finger; all with very little pain. She also looked for possible problems on the rest of my body. She provided Information on my eczema prescribed a new prescription to use.

I've seen my Dermatologist twice since I started with Providence because I am susceptible to skin cancer and need to have frequent check ups. I have not had an appointment with my primary care physician, other than our first meeting. It's premature to make any comments at this time.

It was difficult to get the appointment scheduled. I was first told I hadnt been seen for 3 years and needed a new referral (which was not accurate). And then my original apt somehow got canceled. But once I saw the provider, she was excellent. Everybody in the front office was nice. I know its hard with staff turnover being high and training new people.

She's a dermatologist and I'm being treated for Melanoma so a lot is riding on PA delBiaggio and I feel she rises to the task.

I have had a problem with my skin since October 2023. It has taken until now for my skin to clear up. I am also going to an allergist for skin testing in August. They have all been very understanding and helpful.

From the front desk to the assistant to Dr. Katrina everyone was pleasant to work with. Dr. Katrina was exceptional in being helpful, knowledgeable and thorough during the visit. I originally had a appointment in April but after messaging my primary care physician, Dr. Ranjbar, he contacted the dermatology office to express the seriousness of my condition and I was seen within the week. After seeing me, Dr. Katrina commented on how important it was to see me sooner rather than later and ordered new biopsies to be sure of the diagnosis. To date I have not heard of the results (almost 2 weeks) to continue with my treatment, although I have an appointment tomorrow to remove stitches and should hopefully have results then. Overall a positive experience.
