Excellent patient care

I am only commenting on my recent visit with dermatologist Dr. Rosenberg. This was my yearly exam because I'm 66 and have had a quite a number of skin cancers In the past. I came In with a list of about 8 spots for him to look at, as I always do. In the past he has generally taken the time to look at each spot. Some have been problems, some not. This time no. He simply said he already looked at everything, when I know he hadn't even read the list. I mostly felt like I was bothering him.As a general comment, he is extremely difficult to get an appointment with, In the past always booked 3-4 months out, and now I'm told a year out. But I'm sure you know this.

If you are looking for a great Dermatologist that really cares about their patients, look no further. I like how Dr. Rosenberg remembers me and my history with skin cancer. I grew up In the late 1940's,1950's and 1960's never using sunscreen or a hat while spending all day on the ocean fishing for albacore tuna. Now I am paying for all the sunburns I got. Dr. Rosenberg has me now using sunscreen, a hat and taking Niacinamide [ID] mg every day. Also all of his staff are so kind and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with the speed with which appointment was conducted. Did not feel I had the opportunity to ask questions.In particular, with regard to dermatology services. Was told for Instance, that what I was requesting was not covered by Insurance, I would have liked the option to arrange for payment. Felt totally overwhelmed by flurry of activity.

Dr Rosenberg is by far the best dermatologist I have ever had. He has done several very successful operations on skin cancer on my face!

Dr. Rosenberg quickly responded to my complaint after seeing Dr. Van at the initial visit. He was kind and thorough performing a removal of a basal cell carcinoma on my rt neck and burning a karetosis on my left neck

I'm a long time patient of Dr Rosenberg and I have the utmost respect for him. My impression was reaffirmed yet again when he placed a follow up call to me at 5 pm this past Saturday night, even though my concerns had already been satisfactorily addressed by the on-call dermatologist (Dr Holmes, who was also very good).
