Cynthia was excellent!

This office seems to be good quality.

I usually see Dr. Rosenberg for any dertimology issues, but because he was not available for a more serious issue, I was scheduled with his PA, Cynthia Nuygen. She was excellent and ordered a biopsy of a suspected growth, that turned out to be Squamish cancer. She is excellent. Keep her happy, she's a gem.

Dr. Cynthia Nguyen was a new PA I normally see Dr Simpson but I was able to get in quickly to have some thing rechecked that Dr Simpson had looked up previously and we were keeping a watch over and the PA was able to handle the issue on my hand and take a biopsy so that we could get it resolved.

They were attentive and professional

I had never seen this provider before. She performed a skin cancer procedure on my left upper thigh. She was nice and seemed competent. My only complaint is that if it wasn't for myHusband there would be no way for me to applyA dressing to the wound twice a day unless IWas a contortionist!! I presume that the smallStaff on duty that day did not realize my advanced age!! I did phone once after the procedure and was given further information and also I received a very nice call from a staff member who enquired aboutMy health.
