Dr Patel was straight forward and comprehensive in his explanations and ensured that I knew and understood the ramifications of potential ramifications based on the way circumstances worked out. There was a medical emergency going on when we arrived. We were asked to sit in the hallway. When we got in, it was very chaotic. Ending up being in there for over 2 hours. Dr Patel is an excellent physician, so worth the wait!
