This pulmonoligist is the most informative MD I have visited in 40 years. He explained my disease process in depth and scope using procedures, cat scans (real pictures), and went over ALL notes, problems (both current and possible outcomes. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Most physicians I have visited in the Tri Cities use the ("I think) approach.
