Talk to me is very thorough in her examination. I feel very comfortable asking her any questions that I have. I'm very satisfied with her and their services.

Eye doctor rushes through the procedure looking into the eyes with the machine! Guessing her patient load is busy! Although these have been rechecks she is efficient and always asks do I have any questions. It is unfortunate that eye floaters do not disappear. Supposedly you have to learn to live with it. Eye surgery is not a recommended treatment per this provider! I totally understand due to risks! She is young and energetic. Pace yourself for your long career! Take an extra minute to slow down and breathe and enjoy the patient presenting with a concern. And thank you for the career you have chosen! Facey is a great Medical Group!!!

Reason I had appointment with Dr Wei I have an issue with both of my eye I thought it was my tear ducts the Dr indicated it's my Allergy I've done what she has indicated for me to take care of the issue the issue continues it has not gotten better is still the same.

Dr Wei and her staff planned my cataract surgeries efficiently. Each step was scheduled in advance and appts were kept. Each appt was met within 5 min of scheduled time. Everyone was extremely friendly and everything was explained. This team is marvelous.

Primary care physician is fantastic. Support team is good but not great specialists are very good Scheduling and communication is fair to good.

I was very impressed with Dr Wei . She was very quick, attentive, and explained to me very clearly my situation being a new found health concern that wasn't aware of and Dr Wei immediately started treatment and was clear with an explanation why it was needed. I called a friend who's one of the top ophthalmologists in LA. He called me back and said I dodged a bullet with what was going on and Dr Wei was doing exactly what was needed.

I've never needed to see this specialist prior and she was great! I needed my eye treated faster than I could get an appointment so I played dr myself at home and fixed the problem. I did want to follow up with an actual doctor to make sure I was all good and I was. Thanks dr Wei!

I saw Dr for Dry eye problem. She recommend eye gel at night & drops 5 times a day. I am doing much better. Her assistant was very good before I saw the Dr.
