Paula Staab, RDN, CSR, LD

Paula Staab RDN CSR LD is a Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center, working in the Outpatient Nutrition Department. She is certified in renal nutrition, and thoroughly enjoys working with those who have diverse nutritional needs, including digestive, cardiac, kidney, liver, prediabetes, nutrient deficiencies, and other conditions. She believes matching eating patterns with one’s biology can really make a difference in a person’s general sense of well-being. Paula’s approach to nutrition care is an individualized one. She helps people start where they are in terms of their eating patterns, to then build on a lifetime of practice in reaching personal lifestyle goals. She weaves into conversations education about nutrition and biology, along with strategies for building habits to help maintain a good relationship with food. Paula sees adult patients virtually or in-person at the Providence Newberg Medical Center campus.
