Anna Apostolou-Keith, RDN

Anna Apostolou-Keith, RDN, LD completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of North Florida and her dietetic internship through Lenoir Rhyne University Center for Graduate Studies in Asheville, North Carolina. Anna has a passion for nutrition through the lifespan and enjoys working with people of all ages, from young children to adults. She recognizes that while nutrition needs vary throughout each stage of life, the common thread is one's relationship with food and body. She enjoys helping others foster a positive relationship with food while meeting their individual nutrition needs. Her approach takes into account individual health concerns and medical conditions while working to identify barriers and support meaningful changes.
