Dr Mai went above and beyond during my visit. He took care of my eye condition on the spot. I did not have to wait. He actually used a laser and restored my eye vision on the spot. To almost 20/20. I am so fortunate and grateful to have this doctor.

I had an eye infection that I felt needed to be seen right away. This was a wonderful experience where the receptionist fit me in to be seen the day I called and even though I was told I might have to wait when I arrived I was put in a room within 5 minutes of arrival and seen within 10 minutes after that. This is the best service I have gotten with a specialty at Facey.

Dr Mai is a great Doctor in my opinion. My first cataract surgery was two years ago, cause for much anxiety for me, however, the procedure went very well, and not uncomfortable at all. Dr Mai's professionalism, personal concern, and caring helps tremendously. The second cataract surgery was a bit more uncomfortable, but overall painless. What struck me as I lay there before the actual surgery, was his rapport and friendliness with the rest of the staff in the room, seems to me he helps to create a team and a good work environment

My appointment was a follow up. Seemed to be a very busy morning for Dr.Mai. I waited in the exam room for awhile. This was the first time it has happened. He is normally very prompt. He is a very good doctor .

This is a 1x/year eye exam to check on possible problems due to diabetes. Overall, the visit went well and the outcome (for this year) was positive.

Dr. Mai is excellent. Very attentive to my concerns. He spent time in the office to explain how I would have my surgery and how my recovering would be. He spent time as well on day of my surgery to review all the details as well. Saw me 1 day after surgery, again 1 week after to remove sutures, and I will be seeing him again in a month. Went above and beyond for me, as I am sure he does with other patients. He is great!! Would recommend him to everyone!
