Professional and personal

My provider was EXCELLENT. I came to her after receiving absolutely HORRIBLE care elsewhere. Kristen was so kind. She took my concerns seriously- she trusted that I knew my own body and never once made me feel "silly" about any of my medical experiences-as a younger person who has a laundry list of chronic conditions I've been faced with so many heartless and cruel providers who make you feel bad for just having the body that you have.. But she is NOT THAT. She was so very validating. As someone with chronic health issues I have seen sooooo many providers and caregivers- and Kristen was the best of the best! I'm so glad I made the choice to transfer my care to this office, and even more glad that I was placed with her because I know that I can come to her with any concern and she will treat me with respect and care! 10/10!! I will definitely be recommending her to my fellow "spoonies"!

I was very impressed with Ms Walter's, she was extremely knowledgeable and caring.

She really listened to me. She didn't have all documentation of my admitting to hospital, but she listened to what I had to say. In the past other Cardiologists basically asked me why I was there. She didn't do that, even without having documentation from my hospital admit. I really like how she listened and treated me. She made me feel like I mattered.

When I got there there are no signs or any indication where the office is. If you could give a detailed description of where the office is it would help patients find you the first time

Appointment was made 3 months in advance so wish I could have been seen sooner, but the visit and staff at the office were great!

I had 3 different appointments, they all went very well. I could have been seen sooner with the last appointment as I was experiencing a low heart rate and it took some time to get in to be seen.

I received answers to my questions and help with putting Zio on my chest. Thanks very much

I met with Kristin for a consultation following an emergency room visit at the end of September. I'd met with my primary care physician the week following the ER visit. Kristin was easy to talk with and asked me questions to understand what I needed. She allowed me to ask questions. She answered questions that my primary care was not able to answer. She corrected the hospital record that said I'd had a Non-stemi. She was very thorough. She reviewed my mediations and ordered blood work to verify what what was needed. I was given an EKG before I saw her that she reviewed during the appointment. She ordered an Echocardiogram because the one that was ordered for me when I was in the emergency room was cancelled when the transport for the stress test showed up at the same time as the echo tech. I am scheduled for the Echocardiogram at the end of January.

Great first experience with Ms. Walter's and thispaer of Providence's practice. Thanks for making it a great experience.
