I had lost my regular Doctor due to her leaving Providence. Jennifer was very well informed and immediately relieved my anxiety of losing my Doctor and taking care of me. Great visit!

No bad experience from the provider everything was well and properly done. The only problem I have is after I went into an emergency room and see my normal doctor and my schedule to see my heart doctor was over a month off. I thought it should've been shortened up a lot more earlier, just my opinion thank you

Right now, I'm a cancer patient and have medical providers in multiple states and in multiple disciplines. Jennifer is the easiest to talk to and easiest to get required information from than all of my service providers. She is a real asset.

Well it's like this if I wasn't happy with my Doctors and nurses I wouldn't be there. I would say I have great Doctors and I have several of them. Providence is the place to go if you have a problem, great heart Doctors, stroke Doctors, just all around great Doctors.

She is very helpful; assessed my needs and helped me access prompt services, in this case heart catheterization (as soon as possible given the holidays). My concern more generally is that the Heart Institute is so busy that access to care sometimes takes too long, when the clinical picture is ambiguous enough to justify prompter services.

Best care team providers I've ever had.

I was very pleased with this follow-up visit and the answers to questions I have about the procedure. The wait time was very long, but likely due to the holidays. I wasn't pleased with the receptionists discussing their personal "problems" as I was standing at the counter and waiting to check in.

She was patient and thorough. She listened to all I had to share with her in spite of it being a lengthy conversation. She praised me for the hard work I'm doing on my health and mental health. She encouraged me keep it up. She was very supportive of the whole picture of me even with medications being prescribed. I'm 56 years old and have had chronic health and chronic mental health since 2006. These past months I finally have the perfect medical/mental health team that all work together for my benefit. Because of this my quality of life is continually improving. I am forever grateful to each care team member. I appreciate you all!

Wife and I were talking about the quality of care at Providence. Every person we have had contact with have been so helpful, kind and available to answer our questions, this includes the doctors. This is so very different from the last clinic where we were patients. What a privilege to be a patient at Providence!!!

Jennifer Steffan is an incredible asset to Providence. I cannot imagine a medical visit that presents more care, compassion, focus, and professionalism that was shown me by Jennifer. My needs were met, my questions and concerns were all addressed, I never felt rushed or dismissive, and I left with a feeling that I was genuinely cared for and important to her and the practice.
