Easy to talk to

Since my appointment started a little late, I was initially concerned about not having sufficient time with Mary Beth. However, she was very generous with her time. I brought in my results from a heart monitor with some statements highlighted and a few additional questions. She took my list and went through each comment and question providing good answers. She also discussed eating, sleeping, hydration and drinking habits.
