My most valuable experience happens when my provider knows my case and is willing to consult with other providers when necessary. Knows my medications and how they interact with each other and with my body.

Dr Archer was great. She was very thoughtful, professional and relatable.

She was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough with analysis of the health concern I saw her for.

I got to my appointment early and was seen faster than expected. Had a great follow up visit. Gretchen answered all my questions.

Nurse Gretchen is caring, compassionate, respectful and is easy to talk to. She is also not afraid to let you know what you need to do to take better care of yourself. My only complaint is how long one has to wait to get an appointment with her. I think this time I had to wait 4 or 5 months, and they would not refill my prescription until after I had an appointment. That, to me, is not acceptable.
