Josh is awesome! He responds with a note on any test (echocardiogram) with seamless insurance pre-approval, lab results (comments & clarity on next steps), went to bat to get my insurance accepted. He is responsive and caring about my heart condition. I have no plans to go anywhere else....why would I when I have the best!
