About William M. Davies
Bill Davies, M.D., enjoys using science to solve problems and help improve the lives of his patients. "I find the workings of the heart fascinating and medical research has provided tools that when properly applied can save lives," he said. In his practice, he understands each person is unique. "I think it is very important to take time with patients to understand their perspective, and provide education in terms that make sense to them," said Davies. "In the long run, it is most important to develop a partnership with patients to establish a treatment plan that will improve their health."
Dr. Davies received his medical degree from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. He completed his internship and residency at Sinai-Samaritan Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wis., and fellowship at University of Vermont. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology.
As a cardiologist, Dr. Davies understands the value of an active lifestyle. He enjoys exercise and the outdoors. In college he was a competitive Nordic ski racer and later developed a passion for backcountry Telemark skiing in northern New Mexico. Now he enjoys running, hiking, and skiing with his family. He also has an organic garden and grows his own greens and vegetables.

I am 82 years old and met Dr. Davies in the Emergency room at WFalls hospital. He discerned that I was having a heart attack, not severe acid reflex. I chose him as my cardiologist after triple bypass surgery. He has been the BEST dr I have ever had in my life. He is extremely knowledge about medications, symptoms and general diagnosis. Moreover, his bedside manner is calming and information clearly presented. The office atmosphere is professional and friendly. Between appointments I was having spikes in BP. Quickly resolved via phone. I feel fortunate to be under his care.
