She is a good listener and her appropriate responses show that. In my view she is both knowledgable and personable. It is extremely important to me that the medical profession continue to have doctors like Spoon leading the effort in person rather than talking to help desk techs or A.I. I am grateful to have a qualified specialist leading my health decision making.
